I just want to say thank you to all of you who have supported Hypno Lifting over the years. Your support, whether it was buying merch, trying supplements, or just following along, has meant a lot.

Hypno Lifting is closing its doors on December 5th 2025, and while it is the end of this chapter, I’m grateful for everything we have built together. You have made this journey worthwhile.
